Day 61 - Rings

Well, LB's cold is much better but I've now got it. ****! I thought I'd escaped it as it's a week since he started sneezing but no such luck.  Have therefore had a quiet day despite the brilliant sunshine, I haven't felt at all energetic.  I did take advantage of the sun for the photo, much to LB's amusement.  I don't know why he laughs when he finds me  & my portable photographic studio.  For this shot I used the black marble worktop saver, that we normally keep the teapot on, as it gives nice reflections. I put it on top of a couple of boxes on the landing in front of the full length, south facing window we have there. I had to sit on the floor with my back to the window, camera on low tripod to get the shots.  Not funny at all!


I should have done this for Valentines day really.  I don't always wear the eternity ring but the other two have been on my finger for over thirty years now & it shows.  I hadn't realised quite how marked my wedding ring had become but it's even more precious to me now than it was when  new.
