Day 215 Skatepark

What a lovely day! Great weather  & a fun day. This morning we went for a cycle ride, locally, along the cycle path & some quiet country lanes.  We both found we were cycling better after our trip to Norfolk. Cycling on the flat there helped us both to find a comfortable rhythm and as time goes on our legs are getting stronger and we can push harder.  All the ups and downs around here just seemed easier today.


I got home just in time to shower and go over to Nottage to pick up Dad for our usual hospital visit.  Mum was brighter and happier than she's been for a while & we all enjoyed playing with a rather limp balloon which is amazingly still intact, though diminished, since I blew it up 12 days ago!


En route I noticed a new skate park had been opened by the lake and playground so after dropping Dad off I headed back there to see what photos I could get.  It was very popular so I struggled to get an uninterupted view and to get clear shots without too many people cluttering up the background but I think my main photo of the young biker is a cracker.  It's a spot I'll have to revisit.
